Wholesale Guidelines

  • First order must be a minimum of $3000 (after wholesale discount)
  • Repeat orders must be in over $500 after discount to receive discount
  • All orders must be prepaid via credit card
  • Merchandise must be for resale
  • Sale items and products beginning with a "4", "8" or "9" are not eligible for wholesale discounts
  • You must sign-in to your wholesale account in order to receive your wholesale discount.
  • If you have an incomplete order it will be retained in your cart as long as you are signed in to your wholesale account
  • Shipping costs are based on the weight of the order and destination.
  • Silverts can supply an estimated cost once your wholesale order has been placed.
  • Silverts shipping service is one of the lowest rates due to the high volumes that we ship on a daily basis. Silverts does not generate any revenue on our shipping service.
  • All goods are shipped F.O.B.* Silverts warehouse (Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs, duties, brokerage and insurance)
  • Some countries do have disabled product exemptions.
  • Regular Shipping via Purolator in North America is approximately 7 to 12 business days. Regular International Shipping via Purolator is approximately 8 to 12 business days.
  • Rush Shipping must be specified in the comments section of your order. Additional rush shipping charges will be applied to your credit card. North American wholesale orders ship Purolator in 3 to 5 Business Days.

Product Images and Descriptions

All Wholesalers are given permission to download product images & descriptions from Silverts website.

Product Availability

If an online item is not available in all sizes it may be depleted in stock. It is recommended that you suggest alternative color choices with the corresponding catalog number in the Additional Info section of your order.

Catalog Requests

You may order 25, 50, or 100 free catalogs per order: simply place your request in the Additional Info section of your order.

Wholesale Returns

All returns must be accompanied by an invoice.

  • Any defective merchandise must be returned within 60 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
  • Merchandise being returned for a refund must be within 30 days of purchase.
