If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in saleable condition within 60 days . Returns are also accepted by trackable parcel service.
- For your convenience, you can purchase a return shipping label for only $9.95 via UPS.
- We are unable to accept returns with altered merchandise.
- Please allow 2-4 weeks processing time once return merchandise has been received.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns without an RMA number on the outside of the returning package will not be processed.
Please have a packing slip, invoice, or order confirmation ready.
To return an item, these instructions must be followed:
- Create an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return label, by:
- Clicking here to look up your order, or
- Calling our Returns Department at 1-800-387-7088, or
- Emailing us at silvertscare@careismatic.com
- The RMA Number must be placed on the outside of the return package.
- We are unable to accept any returns without an RMA number.
- All returns without an RMA Number will be returned to you unopened.
