The Item was NEVER delivered!!!

I, Rachael Davis, purchased this for my 83 yr old Mom ( Sharon). It never arrived. I submitted a claim to both UPS and my bank. UPS said the item was not delivered and I was finally reimbursed by Silverts. I would not recommend this company!! This was a very unfortunate experience because my Mom needed this type of top due to her major surgery. Shame on Silverts!!!
