From the front, slide the sleeves up the arms of the wearer until the opening reaches their back (no lifting required).
Once the top is in place, pull the first panel across the back and snap it in place at the shoulder.
Now take the second panel, pull across, creating an overlap, and snap again.

Very easy to put on and looks good

Nice but too thin

Really like the fact that these are cotton shirts, however, they tear very easily. I have bought 3 different ones in the hope that one of them would be sturdier and a little thicker - but, no. Each one has gotten a 3 inch tear in the back when I unsnap them.
