This item and other products from your company are of superior quality.
However, I somehow touched the automatic pay which also filled in my home address. I was unable to go back to enter a different address for the recipient of the purchase. I sent several emails to various help sites to either to enter the correct address or cancel the order and start over.
Eventually, within a couple of hours, I learned that the process could not be reversed. The item was not ready for shipping until at least a week.
Considering that a lot of your customers like me do not have a great relationship with technology, I hope that a situation like mine could be handled more traditionally.
