Sponsor
The Silverts x @therealsteffig Instagram Live Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Silverts Universal Dressing Solutions Inc (“Sponsor”). Instagram and Steffi, @therealsteffig, are not the sponsors or administrators of the Promotion.
Promotion period
The Promotion begins when the official giveaway post is published on the @silverts Instagram account on July 30, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
How to enter
During the Promotion Period:
- Visit the official giveaway post published by @silverts on Instagram.
- Comment on that post with a response to the prompt: “What does clothing that works better for you mean in your daily life?”
Limit one entry per person and Instagram account during the Promotion Period.
An entrant must have a valid Instagram account and comply with Instagram’s terms and policies. Instagram account creation is free. Entries submitted through any other post, direct message, Story, email, or Live comment will not be accepted.
Automated, scripted, bulk, copied, incomplete, unintelligible, late, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified. The entrant must be the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to enter.
No purchase, follow, share, repost, or friend tag is required.
Entry content
Entries must not:
- Contain unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or harassing content.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Contain personal health, financial, contact, or other sensitive information.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent the entrant’s identity.
- Promote unsafe or unlawful conduct.
Sponsor may disqualify an entry that violates these Official Rules or is inconsistent with the values and purpose of the Promotion.
Prize
One potential winner will receive one $100 USD Silverts.com electronic gift card.
The approximate retail value of the prize is $100 USD. The gift card is subject to Silverts.com gift-card terms, availability, and restrictions. The prize is not redeemable for cash, is nontransferable, and may not be substituted by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and expenses not expressly included are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner selection and odds
Sponsor or its designated administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing is expected to occur within two business days after the Promotion Period closes.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Potential-winner notification and verification
The potential winner will be contacted only by direct message from the official @silverts Instagram account.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the first notification and may be required to provide their full name, email address, mailing address, proof of eligibility, and completed eligibility, liability, publicity, or tax documentation.
If the potential winner:
- Cannot be contacted.
- Does not respond within the required period.
- Is found ineligible.
- Does not comply with these Official Rules.
- Declines the prize.
- Fails to complete required documentation.
Sponsor may disqualify that person and select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Silverts will never require a winner to send payment, banking information, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or login credentials to receive the prize.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, Instagram handle, city and state, statements, and likeness for Promotion-related publicity without additional compensation. This provision remains subject to Sponsor’s final legal approval.
General conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another cause impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion.
Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, attempts to obtain entries through fraud or automation, or violates these Official Rules.
If the Promotion is terminated before the stated closing time, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the termination, if legally and practically appropriate.
Sponsor’s decisions concerning administration, eligibility, winner selection, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
Release and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Steffi, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Instagram disclaimer
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram from responsibility relating to the Promotion.
Any questions, comments, or complaints about the Promotion must be directed to Sponsor and not to Instagram.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, fulfill the prize, satisfy legal obligations, and for other purposes described in Sponsor’s privacy policy: https://www.silverts.com/pages/privacy.
Entrants should not include sensitive personal information in their public comments.
Disputes and governing law
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the Federal Laws of Canada applicable therein. The Parties irrevocably and unconditionally submit and attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada with respect to any matter arising under or related to this Agreement. Each Party agrees that a final judgment in any action, litigation or proceeding in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada shall be conclusive and may be enforced in any other jurisdictions in any manner provided by law.
Winner information
Where required by law, the confirmed winner’s name or other legally required winner information may be obtained by sending a written request to:Silverts Universal Dressing Solutions Inc, 311 Elm Street #1907, Suite 270, Cincinnati OH, 45202, within 60 days after the Promotion ends.
