I ordered these pull on elastic waist pants for my Grandma. I wasn t sure of the size that would fit her. Received the package in excellent time, unfortunately the pants were too big. I called Sliverts to see of making an even exchange for a smaller size. They honored the request & earlier sale price of the pants! Returning the first order was very smooth, & the second package again came in excellent time! These fit excellent, she s very happy with the quality & warmth of the fabric.
