Easy Access Short Sleeve Adaptive Sport Shirt Top for Men single dome closures at shoulders and a single dome at back of collar. Snap back shirt tops and back snap dressing solutions make dressing a breeze for both the individual being dressed and the caregiver assisting in the dressing. Made of quality machine washable polyester-cotton broad cloth.
This men's adaptive clothing shirt completely opens up, allowing the individuals arms to be slid into the garment sleeves without ever having to raise/lower their arms or struggle with small neck openings. The back overlap is then folded over and domed/snapped into place. The domes are placed on the shoulders to avoid possible pressure points. Chest pocket. First two front buttons can be opened or closed. Terrific struggle free easy access adaptive clothing. Machine washable. Great for disabled adults, home care or nursing homes for those who are handicapped, disabled and/or wheelchair dependent.

comfort and convenienceMy husband is an Alzheimer's victim. Having to raise his arms to put regular garments was painful . Pulling clothing over his head was upsetting , confusing and stressful.
