How to Request a Refund or Exchange

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in saleable condition within 45 days by Regular Mail Only.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept altered merchandise for returns.

  1. Before sending us your return, create an RMA number and return label. You can request one by:

  3. When packaging your return, remember to place the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 2-4 weeks. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Your return package must have the RMA number on the outside; we are unable to accept any returns without an RMA number.

All returns without an RMA Number will be returned to you unopened.

Please allow 2-4 weeks once merchandise has been received.
