Holiday Return Policy
All purchases made between November 1 – December 31, 2017 may be returned or exchanged until January 31, 2018 for a full refund* or exchange (or 45 Days whichever is greater). Shipping charges are non refundable.
*Merchandise must be in saleable condition
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in saleable condition within 45 days by Regular Mail Only.
Please indicate if you prefer an exchange or refund, so that we may respond promptly.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept altered merchandise for returns.
Please allow 2-4 weeks once merchandise has been received.
Sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable.
To return an item, these instructions MUST BE FOLLOWED:
- Create an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return label, by:
- The RMA Number must be placed on the outside of the return package.
- We are unable to accept any returns without an RMA number.
- All returns without an RMA Number will be returned to you unopened.

- Items must be in saleable condition

- Enclose a copy of a packing slip or an invoice
