My experience, with recent purchase is very disappointing. Am returning entire order. Ordered Extra Extra Wide shoes. NOTHING EXTRA Wide about them. They are hardly wider than REGULAR, leave alone EXTRA,EXTRA Wide.
One pair was a repeat that I bought earlier this year. The repeat pair is much narrower than original purchase
This order leaves me very disappointed

flimsy, no difference between left and right shoe, esp. flimsy around around the outer heel and sides. Hard to close over the arch - my husband says you need 3 hands to properly close the velcro flaps. the little toe gets easily caught in the seam, The insoles a crumbling up when trying to get the foot out, The shoe got completely out of shape after wearing them for 3 hours. Totally disappointed.

  10. Size 10 was too big.

I ordered a size 10 and asked for a sixe 10. The shipping charge to return was almost 1/2 the cost of the shoe. They should include a shipping return lable and even though I might cost me, the cost should be considerably lower due to their discount. The shoes are very heavy.
