About Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, it will be treated as a return.

Our carriers will make an attempt to deliver your package, but may require pickup if this delivery fails. If the order is not picked up within a few days, it will be returned to us.

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded, except for any shipping charges, which are non-refundable.

If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website or by calling 1-800-387-7088.

If it has been four weeks from the estimated delivery date and you haven't received confirmation of the return or refund, please contact us.
