What does Silvert's Drop Ship Program offer?

If you feel that your site caters to the same target market as Silvert's then drop shipping may be an excellent option for you to consider. Silvert's is proud to offer website owners quality products and service backed with #request.age# years of experience.

Please read the Silvert's Drop Ship Program guidelines below, and if you feel your website may be a candidate for our program, apply to join.

Drop Ship Program Guidelines

  • Potential drop shippers must have an established website with a target market similar to Silvert's.

    The drop shipper will feature Silvert's products on their site, procure orders and fax or email them to Silvert's. Silvert's in turn will fulfill the order and ship directly to the customer. Drop ship members will be responsible for invoicing their customers. The drop shipper will receive an invoice (retail prices plus flat shipping fee of $9.95 regardless of order size) less their drop ship discount.

    The drop shipper must be in Canada or the United States. Potential drop shippers who are not located in Canada or the United States are invited to look at our affiliate and wholesale programs instead.

    The drop shipper's customers must reside in Canada or the United States. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship drop ship orders to other countries at this time.

  • During the first 90 days all sales will be charged to a valid credit card furnished by the drop shipper. After 90 days of sales, terms of credit may be negotiated.

    Silvert's requires a Letter of Authorization on file, stating that Silvert''s is authorized to charge a valid credit card. The letter must contain:

    • Name of credit card holder
    • Credit card number
    • Expiry date
    • Security code (located on back of card)
  • Orders are to be faxed to: Customer Service – Attention Madonna (905) 738-6236
    or emailed to: madonnaf@silverts.com.
    • Please call 1-800-387-7088 to ensure your order has been received.
    • Orders placed online through Silvert's website will not receive a discount.
  • Product images, descriptions and pricing are available via Feed or on a product by product basis.
  • Gift wrap and cards are an option available to customers.
  • Products maybe exchanged or refunded if in saleable condition. More information about returns
  • The brand name "Silvert's" is not to be used in pay-per-click advertising.
  • Drop ship members are not to represent themselves as Silvert's, but may list Silvert's as a manufacture on their site.
