If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in saleable condition within 60 days . Returns are also accepted by trackable parcel service.

• For your convenience, you can purchase a return shipping label for only $9.95 via UPS.
• We are unable to accept returns with altered merchandise.
• Please allow 2-4 weeks processing time once return merchandise has been received.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returns without a Return Number* on the outside of the returning package will not be processed.

To return an item, these instructions must be followed:

• Create a Return Number* and return label, by:
  • Clicking here to look up your order, or
  • Calling our Returns Department at 1-800-387-7088, or
  • Emailing us at silvertscare@careismatic.com
• The Return Number* must be placed on the outside of the return package.
• We are unable to accept any returns without a Return Number*.
• All returns without a Return Number* will be returned to you unopened.

• Enclose a copy of a packing slip or an invoice

*The return number may also be labelled as an RMA number.
