When requesting a refund or exchange, please have the following information available:

  • Your online order number/confirmation number
  • Your clothing requisition number
  • Your invoice number
  • A return merchandise authorization created with any of the above information

If you are unable to find any of the above, please call us at 1-800-387-7088. We may ask for the following:

• Your name
• The phone number used to place the order
• Your email address
• The date the order was placed
