- Only US facilities are eligible to participate in this program.

- Points will be awarded at the rate of one Silvert's Rewards point per $20 of net sales, only to the facility where the merchandise is shipped to.
- Points will be awarded to the facilities registered in this program.
- Please allow 15 days after date of sale for points to be awarded to your account.
- Points available for redemption following payment in full of the account.

- Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of your prize.
- Shipping will be prepaid by Silvert's.
