Layered-Look Open Back T-Shirt features a stylish trimmed insert and decorative buttons. Side vents for a relaxed fit. Full back overlap with dome closure at shoulders. Made of quality machine washable polyester-cotton knit.

How do you put this top on?

1. The individual remains in a seated position while being dressed.
2. The indivdual's arms are inserted easily into the sleeves and the garment is drawn up to the shoulders.
3. The caregiver simply wraps the generous overlap across the back and snaps the shoulder domes into place. The person being dressed is completely covered without ever having to raise their arms.
4. Assisted disrobing is just as easy.
