Opens to below the waist to allow for easy over the head or step into dressing. Tie belt can be adjusted to fit any size waist. The two patch pockets give seniors handy convenience. Full gathers across the back are terrific for those with osteoarthritis and/or scoliosis. Made of smooth machine washable quality polyester interlock.
